"This is a great sauce not overly sweet. But it must be made at least a day in advance so the flavors can blend. My friend who is a Chef gave me this recipe a very long time ago. Also a very quick sauce to put together."

Step by Step Method

Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil on high whisking or stirring constantly

In a small bowl whisk water and cornstarch together and add in to boiling mixture and boil for 1 minute. Take off heat and let cool. Pour into a container and cover and put in fridge until you need. This has to be made at least 1 day in advance better if 2. Shake before serving
