Step by Step Method

Step 1

Add ingredients to Crock-Pot in this order: Mix water with Worcestereshire sauce; add to slowcooker, then the roast. Sprinkle soup mix on top of roast. Pour Cream of Mushroom Soup on top.

Step 2

Cook on medium for 5-6 hours or low for 10 hours

This was salty but the flavor was good, next time I make this I'll look for a way to reduce the sodium somewhat

I made my own dry soup mix and cream of mushroom soup to cut down the huge sodium count. It didn't hurt the recipe at all and came out great! It was delicious with mashed potatoes and salad.
