Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Mix beef, Worcestershire and milk together. Divide into 5 patties. Place on wax paper and press into 6-inch circles. To the prepared stuffing, add Asiago or Parmesan cheese and distributed evenly. Spoon 1/4 cup stuffing onto center of each patty. Shape into balls by wrapping beef around stuffing. Seal well. Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Combine soup, water, onion powder, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meat. Bake 45 minutes.
