Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup stuffing mix, herb seasoned, prepared according to package directions
  • 2 tablespoons Asiago or Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

  • Step 2: Mix beef, Worcestershire and milk together. Divide into 5 patties. Place on wax paper and press into 6-inch circles. To the prepared stuffing, add Asiago or Parmesan cheese and distributed evenly. Spoon 1/4 cup stuffing onto center of each patty. Shape into balls by wrapping beef around stuffing. Seal well, carefully shaping it like a pattie. Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Combine soup, water, onion powder, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meat. Bake 45 minutes.
