Step 1

Chop 6 strawberries. Using a blender puree the chopped strawberries and next 5 ingredients (- salt).

Step 2

The dressing is to die for, what a delicious salad this is!!! I used loose leaf lettuce from the garden in lieu of spinach and it worked perfectly.

I cut the recipe down to one serving...the star of this salad is the dressing...I loved the bite of the shallot and the salt combined...it was totally yummy...next time I'm going to tear the spinach for ease of eating and maybe add more of the toasted almond...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
