"This is from the South Beach Diet Taste of Summer cookbook. This is okay for phases 2 and 3. I changed regular water to sparkling. I enjoyed this tart, refreshing and pulpy drink. The orange flavor is especially nice."

Loved this! Reminded me of strawberry orange juliuses of my misspent youth at the mall. :) After I took the photo, I did throw into each glass a half shot of rum. Instant dacquiri! Thanks, engrossed.

I had to taste test these before today for our Memorial Day barbecue. They are so refreshing and something we have never had. We really liked them and I am sure my family and friends will too!

I made these for us last evening and my hubby and I both loved them. I used 2 packets of sweet n low for each drink. My mom asked for the recipe so she could make it for my dad and herself. It is so refreshing, and will be great with the hot weather fast approaching!
