"Love my Cameron stovetop smoker and always looking for new recipes. Recently bought a bottle of Rothchild Farms Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Sauce at Costco and love the sweet and spicy flavor it adds to the salmon. Time indicated includes minimum marinade time. Note: Because I have a glass top stove, I use the smoker on the grill. If using the grill DO NOT close the grill lid and try to maintain a constant temperature of about 350 degrees."
