"I saw this being made on the A.B.C. Poh's Kitchen. A lovely recipe that I served with our B.B.Q. which made for a delicious alternative to the other salads served. This is a must served with steamed rice."

Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Sautee garlic till it begins to go golden.
