This is a deliciously easy pork chop recipe. The pork chops were enveloped in flavor. There was plenty of sauce to spoon over rice. We loved it. Thank you!

Didn't have pork chops so used chicken thighs bone in and skin on and made as per a half recipe and served with fried rice and the chicken was juicy and full of flavour and now looking forward to trying it with pork chops. Thank you Bobbie made What's On The Menu tag game at FF&F.

Company was at the house and we invited them to stay to eat with us. We made these chops and had them with whipped potatoes, green beans and some rolls and everyone loved them. I want to try it on chicken next. I know it will be good.
