Step by Step Method
STEAKS
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium high heat (350 to 400 degrees).
Step 2
Rub steaks with salt and pepper and let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, stir together the butter, mustard and herb.
Step 4
Grill steaks, covered with grill lit 5-8 minutes on each side, depending on desired doneness. Remove from the grill, top with herbed butter. Serve with mushroom gnocchi.
MUSHROOM GNOCCHI
Step 5
Prepare the gnocchi according to the package directions.
Step 6
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the button mushrooms and the gourmet mushrooms; saute 3 minutes or until lightly browned and the liquid has released and evaporated.
Step 7
Add the shallots and garlic; saute 2 minutes or until the shallots are tender. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet and cook 2 minutes more or until lightly browned.
Step 8
Add gnocchi. Toss gently. Stir in parlsey, salt and pepper. Enjoy.
