"This is one of my favourite salad recipe. I could eat this every day! If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free ranch dressing and taco seasoning."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Sprinkle steak with onion salt and pepper.
Step 2
Grill steak until meat reaches desired doneness.
Step 3
Meanwhile, tear the spinach into pieces and toss with green pepper, tomatoes and onions.
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients to make dressing.
Step 5
Slice steak against the grain and arrange over salad.
Step 6
Drizzle with dressing.
