Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat vinegar in a small pan over high heat until it boils. Add onions and cook, turning ocassionally, until they're pink and most of the vinegar is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool, then roughly chop.

Step 2

Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add onions and toss to combine.
