Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Coat a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick spray; place meat on baking sheet and cook until lightly browned.

Step 3

Meanwhile stir all sauce ingredients together in bowl.

Step 4

In roasting pan, toss browned meat and prepared sauce together and bake covered until cooked through.

Step 5

Remove cover from pan and cook an additional 10 minutes.

This was pretty good on my country style ribs, although I had to add more spice for us. I think next time I will put the onions in the blender and puree them for better texture in the sauce.
