Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a skillet brown ground beef, onions and garlic. Drain fat; put beef mixture into slow cooker.
Step 2
Add broth, vegetables, tomato sauce, rice, ketchup, brown sugar, and spices to slow cooker; stir to combine.
Step 3
Cook over low heat 7-9 hours (depending up on your slow cooker).
