Step by Step Method

Step 1

Put piece of fish in a gratin dish; sprinkle with spice and dot with butter.

Step 2

Put plastic wrap over dish and microwave until fish is done (about 3 minutes in my microwave). Others have baked this covered with foil at 375 degrees and liked it fine.

Easy peasy! And delicious! Followed FEM's lead and added onions and garlic. Super good and easy for a quick weeknight meal!

Completely delicious and ever so simple to put together. I decided to bake it in the oven with a sprinkling of onions and garlic along with the Cajun seasoning and butter as noted in the recipe. It can't get any better. Perfect for a weeknight meal after a hard day's work! Thank you DieniaB for sharing! Made it for Pick Me Tag Game and FYC.
