Step by Step Method
Step 1
Take the skin off the chicken - slash a few cuts on the top of each piece (not too deep) and pat dry
Step 2
Mix all of the ingredients well in a large enough bowl to be able to rub marinade on the chicken making sure that it gets into the slashes - leave to marinade for as long as you can - at least a few hours
Step 3
3. cook it at 190c for about 45 minutes or cook well on a barbecue
