"I am not a lamb eater, but I make these for DH and DS. They love them, so when I feel like being nice to them I make these for them, hence they don't get lamb chops much...lol."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Season chops with some salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Preheat grill.

Step 3

Mix together soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic and ginger for a baste.

Step 4

Grill (or BBQ) chops and baste with sauce.

Step 5

Grill for 5 minutes, turn and baste other side and grill for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 7

Serve with salad or vegetables.

Delicious chops. The soy honey sauce gives the chops a lovely mellow flavour. I forgot the seame seeds. Very easy recipe that will be made again.

Delicious and so moist, I had 8 small lamb loin chops and the 2 of up gobbled up the lot with a sides, I cooked them in a grill pan at 4 minutes on each side and they were cooked through more than I intended but still very enjoyable, thank you Tisme made for Pick Me tag game.
