"This recipe was posted to ZAAR/Fooddotcom back in 2008 by Pets'R'us.Who unfortunately passed away in 2010. This is pretty good spice mix ,and I just wanted to share it here. Her description is this," Sprinkle, mix with breadcrumbs, or oil and brush it on, this has lots of possibilities and flavor. Try rubbing it on pork or chicken, wrap it up and leave in the fridge overnight. If you prefer leave the salt out and add that when you use the mix, that way you are in control over the amount of salt you use." My review, typos and all :)," I made this on 5/11 for the " Pets 'R' us Cook-A-Thon. It was used on a couple of boneless, skinless chicken breasts which I broiled. As for the salt, I just spinkled some on the chicken before adding the spice mix. My SO and I both enjoyed the taste very much. Thanks for posting and " Keep Smiling :) ". When I made this, I left the salt out. Re posted with loving memory of Pets'R'us to " ZAZZ " on July 10th. I'm not sure how many servings this makes, but I had to put something in." Keep Smiling :)"

I used this on a whole chicken that I cooked in the crock pot. Put some of the seasoning under the skin to flavour the meat. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Made a double batch so I won't run out too soon! Looking forward to trying it on ribs. Thank you for sharing. Made for Pick Me! Recipe Tag Game.

Since we just had bbq'd ribs slathered in sauce, I wanted to grill chicken without all of that ooey-gooey sauce and this worked perfectly. I quartered the recipe to just have enough for tonight. Lots of flavor without the "sticky". Will be trying this on a pork tenderloin soon.
