Step 1

Melt grease

Add onion and green pepper and cook for ten minutes.

Add rest of ingredients, season to taste

Simmer over low heat for about an hour.

Don't cook liver until sauce is almost done

Dip sliced liver in seasoned flour and saute in hot olive oil until browned on both sides.
