Step 1: Melt grease
Step 2: Add onion and green pepper and cook for ten minutes.
Step 3: Add rest of ingredients, season to taste
Step 4: Simmer over low heat for about an hour.
Step 5: Don't cook liver until sauce is almost done
Step 6: Liver:
Step 7: Dip sliced liver in seasoned flour and saute in hot olive oil until browned on both sides.
Step 8: Season with salt and pepper,to taste.
Step 9: Place on heated platter and pour hot sauce over the top.
Step 10: Garnish with parsley and serve.
