"All measurements are pretty approximate since I didn't really measure while I was making it. The sauce does have a pretty nice bite to it, though, so adjust the amount of dried red pepper flakes according to your taste."

Chop all vegetables and slice steak before starting to cook. You won't have time to do it once you start.

Step 2

Whisk together sauce ingredients in a bowl; set aside.

Step 3

In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until very hot.

Step 4

Add onion, garlic and steak pieces; stir-fry 5 minutes, until meat is mostly browned.

Step 5

Add all the vegetables and stir-fry 5 minutes.

Step 6

Pour sauce over entire pan; continue stir-frying another 10 minutes, until steak is to desired done-ness and vegetables are crisp-tender.

Step 7

Serve over 1/3 cup brown rice per plate.

I made this using cornstarch in lieu of flour and served it as is without the rice. This is delicious.
