"All measurements are pretty approximate since I didn't really measure while I was making it. The sauce does have a pretty nice bite to it, though, so adjust the amount of dried red pepper flakes according to your taste."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Chop all vegetables and slice steak before starting to cook. You won't have time to do it once you start.
Step 2
Whisk together sauce ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
Step 3
In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until very hot.
Step 4
Add onion, garlic and steak pieces; stir-fry 5 minutes, until meat is mostly browned.
Step 5
Add all the vegetables and stir-fry 5 minutes.
Step 6
Pour sauce over entire pan; continue stir-frying another 10 minutes, until steak is to desired done-ness and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Step 7
Serve over 1/3 cup brown rice per plate.
