Step 1: Chop all vegetables and slice steak before starting to cook. You won't have time to do it once you start.
Step 2: Whisk together sauce ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
Step 3: In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until very hot.
Step 4: Add onion, garlic and steak pieces; stir-fry 5 minutes, until meat is mostly browned.
Step 5: Add all the vegetables and stir-fry 5 minutes.
Step 6: Pour sauce over entire pan; continue stir-frying another 10 minutes, until steak is to desired done-ness and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Step 7: Serve over 1/3 cup brown rice per plate.
