Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Step 2
Place melted butter and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl. Add pecans and toss until completely coated. Pour the pecans onto a baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
Step 3
Bake pecans for 20-25 minutes until they're toasted and fragrant, stirring every 5 minutes so they don't burn.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, combine the salt, cinnamon, garlic powder, red pepper and sugar.
Step 5
Remove the pecans from the oven and add to the spice mixture. Toss to coat. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
