Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pull the cob husks back and remove the silks.
Step 2
Place the cobs in a bucket of water, covering the cobs but keeping the husks out of the water; soak for a couple of hours.
Step 3
Take the cobs out of the bucket and pat dry.
Step 4
Mix together the melted butter and Parmesan cheese and brush on the cobs.
Step 5
Bring the husks back over the cobs and place in the smoker.
Step 6
Smoke at approximately 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
