"This is so great for us working women! It's done in the slow cooker so you can just put everything in the slow cooker in the morning on low, and when you come home at night, it's almost ready to go. All you have to do is place the steak, peppers and onions in which ever roll you choose and top with cheese and mushrooms, and bake for a few minutes to melt the cheese and toast the roll. These are excellent for lunch or dinner!"

Perfect sandwich for a weeknight meal. I Love these kind of recipes that I can just enter the door from a long days work and voila, dinner is ready. What's even better is that it is tasty. I chopped both the onions and peppers really small, so as to fool my son because he claims he doesn't like onions, so hiding I did. We all enjoyed these and will make again. Thank you Sheri for sharing!

Great sandwiches! I halved the recipe and used some steak I got on sale and I also used sandwich rolls for the bread. I got 5 sandwiches out of half the recipe. Wished I used the mushrooms too -- but next time I will. These are great sandwiches - served with fruit and chips with ice cream sandwiches for dessert -- a fun meal! Thanks for sharing!
