Step by Step Method

Step 1

Spray the slow cooker with a cooking spray - or - use a liner.

Step 2

Quarter the onion and halve the baby potatoes.

Step 3

Put the chuck roast into the slow cooker, along with the onion, carrots, and potatoes.

Step 4

Add the Coca-Cola and the onion soup mix.

Step 5

Cover and cook on low for about 6-8 hours.
