"Everyone I have made these for loves them, I prefer the slow cooker method but the beans can be cooked in the oven. Make sure you have a supply of Beano handy, your gonna need it! If you prefer your beans mild just leave out the jalapeno and hot sauce."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a skillet cook the ground beef with garlic and jalapeno until the beef is well browned. Drain fat.
Step 2
Add in all the rest of the ingredients, stir until mixed well.
Step 3
Transfer to a crock pot, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or you can transfer to a well greased casserole dish and bake covered at 350 degrees for 2 hours. (personally I like the slow cooker method better).
