"I have had this recipe hanging around for ages.I had a note on it saying it is from my Neice (Vera A Bergman) facebook. I made several changes! It turned out ti be MMmmmm (well for my taste.) You may use any bun half or Texan toast for your bottom layer"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Brown the round beef over medium heat until the pink is gone (apprx 6 minutes)
Step 2
Add the onions & green peppers Stir fry for apprx 4 minute
Step 3
Add all the remaining ingredients except cheese & bagel
Step 4
Stir & Place in an oven proof pan, cover with cheese
Step 5
Place in 350 oven for 25 minutes
Step 6
Meanwhile toast and butter the bagel
Step 7
When the mixture is hot and the cheese melted , divide evenly on the 4 half bagels & serve
