Step 1

Brown ground beef with garlic and onion. Add tomatoes and spices and reduce heat to simmer.

Step 2

Add egg noodles and just enough water so that noodles are covered. Add bouillon cube and stir well.

Step 3

Put cover on and let simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring at least once, until noodles reach desired tenderness. Turn skillet off.

Step 4

Serve garnished with shredded mozarella cheese

We really liked this. I did make some changes by using the whole package of egg noodles (about 16 oz) and some mixed frozen vegetables (about 1 cup) and 2 cups water. I also used the salsa option. I also used shredded cheddar cheese. This makes a lot! Thanks for sharing!

I made this on 2/12 for the " WOTM " and I'm so sorry I haven't reviewed this recipe until now. A couple of change were made to the recipe,but I don't think they affected the wonderful end results. Instead of using fresh onion & garlic, dried onion and garlic powder was substituted( just seasoned to our tastes). I used about 3 ounces of egg noodles and the rest of the recipe was made as it was written. My SO and I both really enjoyed this recipe . Thanks for posting a recipe that WILL most certainly be made again. " Keep Smiling :) "
