Step 1: Brown ground beef with garlic and onion. Add tomatoes and spices and reduce heat to simmer.
Step 2: Add egg noodles and just enough water so that noodles are covered. Add bouillon cube and stir well.
Step 3: Put cover on and let simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring at least once, until noodles reach desired tenderness. Turn skillet off.
Step 4: Serve garnished with shredded mozarella cheese
