Step by Step Method

Step 1

Grease pan with cooking spray and place chicken in skin side down. Cook two to three minutes over medium low heat.

Step 2

Remove and set aside

Step 3

Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add herbs and garlic one to two minutes

Step 4

Stir in lemon juice and return chicken to pan.

Step 5

Cook six to eight minutes until done. Per side.

Step 6

Serve with fresh herbs and lemon wedges if desired.

Delicious chicken. We used fresh oregano but the other herbs were dried (using just a sprinkling of those). I did cook the chicken quite a bit longer than indicated as we used bone-in chicken thighs. Delicious! Thanks for sharing!
