Step by Step Method
Step 1
Grease pan with cooking spray and place chicken in skin side down. Cook two to three minutes over medium low heat.

Remove and set aside

Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add herbs and garlic one to two minutes
Step 4
Stir in lemon juice and return chicken to pan.
Step 5
Cook six to eight minutes until done. Per side.
Step 6
Serve with fresh herbs and lemon wedges if desired.
