Step 1: Grease pan with cooking spray and place chicken in skin side down. Cook two to three minutes over medium low heat.
Step 2: Remove and set aside
Step 3: Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add herbs and garlic one to two minutes
Step 4: Stir in lemon juice and return chicken to pan.
Step 5: Cook six to eight minutes until done. Per side.
Step 6: Serve with fresh herbs and lemon wedges if desired.
