  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon basil finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juice of

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grease pan with cooking spray and place chicken in skin side down. Cook two to three minutes over medium low heat.

  • Step 2: Remove and set aside

  • Step 3: Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add herbs and garlic one to two minutes

  • Step 4: Stir in lemon juice and return chicken to pan.

  • Step 5: Cook six to eight minutes until done. Per side.

  • Step 6: Serve with fresh herbs and lemon wedges if desired.
