Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine the marinade ingredients with some fresh ground black pepper in a bowl. Add the fish, toss to coat with the marinade, then cover and refrigerate for 3 hours, turning the fish occasionally.
Step 2
Thread the fish onto 6 metal skewers and cook over a hot grill for 5 minutes, turning and brushing with marinade several times.
Step 3
Combine the lemon sauce ingredients in a jar. Seal and shake several times. Serve over the fish.
