Step 1

Preheat oven to 190C.

Step 2

Place ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until combined.

Step 3

Form balls of mixture and place on a greased baking tray. Press down, sprinkle with sugar and salt.

Step 4

Place in oven and bake until golden brown on edges, about 9 minutes.
