"Easy recipe for tasty Kale. I like to chop the kale to allow it to cook quicker and be tender. If you wish this to be vegetarian use the veggie stock. Be careful that the stock doesn't totally evaporate and leav the Kale dry."

I just really Love kale made this way. Reminds me of the type of food I grew up on. I like kale prepared like this over spinach and I really LIKE spinach. The broth (pot liquor)that results from cooking the kale is wonderful and this dish is super good for you without any taste loss. I've already placed "kale" on my grocery list so that I can make it again. Thank you Bergy for sharing. Made it for Billboard Tag. UPDATE: 08 Jan 2020; I've now made this a bunch of times and just LOVE kale made this way. Depending on the age of the kale, I simmer it longer until tender. If it's Spring kale, then 10 or so minutes is enough. My daughters and I devour this stuff!
