Step 1: In a wok or large skillet heat oil (medium-high heat).
Step 2: Add pepper flakes, (if using) sizzle for 1/2 minute.
Step 3: Add garlic, sizzle for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add prepared Kale & stock.
Step 5: Cover & simmer or 10 minutes or until kale is tender.
