The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes(optional)
  • 4 large garlic cloves (coarsely chopped)
  • 4 cups kale, chopped (stalks removed, loosely packed)
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken stock (or vegetable stock)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a wok or large skillet heat oil (medium-high heat).

  • Step 2: Add pepper flakes, (if using) sizzle for 1/2 minute.

  • Step 3: Add garlic, sizzle for 2 minutes.

  • Step 4: Add prepared Kale & stock.

  • Step 5: Cover & simmer or 10 minutes or until kale is tender.
