Step by Step Method
Step 1
Quarter the potatoes and boil, drain and refrigerate them overnight.

Meanwhile, mix up season salt in mason jar, put lid on and shake hard to mix.

The next morning cut the potatoes into inch cubes, leave skin on.
Step 4
Heat oil in skillet and add potatoes.
Step 5
Season the top to taste.

Let them cook until browned before turning them.
