  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/16 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
  • Potatoes
  • 2 pounds potatoes (quartered)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups water, boiling

How to Make

  • Step 1: Quarter the potatoes and boil, drain and refrigerate them overnight.

  • Step 4: Heat oil in skillet and add potatoes.
