"I was wanting to have shepherds pie after seeing a wonderful picture here at Zazz, but couldn't quite pick a recipe that I wanted to try. So I combined things from different ones and came up with my own."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Brown the ground beef with celery, onion and bell pepper. Drain off grease.
Step 2
Place meat in a large bowl. Add cans of veggies, worcestshire sauce and spices to the meat and stir well.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
Step 4
Mash the potatoes with milk and butter, like normal mashed potatoes.
Step 5
Spread the mashed potatoes over the top.
Step 6
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes and then top with the cheddar cheese. Continue to bake another 15 minutes to melt the cheese.
Step 7
Serve! Enjoy!
