Step 1: Brown the ground beef with celery, onion and bell pepper. Drain off grease.
Step 2: Place meat in a large bowl. Add cans of veggies, worcestshire sauce and spices to the meat and stir well.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
Step 4: Mash the potatoes with milk and butter, like normal mashed potatoes.
Step 5: Spread the mashed potatoes over the top.
Step 6: Bake at 375 for 30 minutes and then top with the cheddar cheese. Continue to bake another 15 minutes to melt the cheese.
Step 7: Serve! Enjoy!
