Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix the brown sugar and cornstarch into the soy sauce and mix until dissolved.

Add shrimp and set aside.

In a wok, heat the oil on medium high.

Saute carrots, green onions, and mushrooms, just until tender.

Add the ginger and garlic.
