Step 1

Cook and drain the noodles according to the package directions

Step 2

In a medium bowl, add the sesame oil, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger and whisk until well combined and the peanut butter should completely break down to create a smooth sauce.

Step 3

Pour the sauce over the hot noodles and toss to coat.

Step 4

Option top each serving with 1 sliced green onion and 1/2 teaspoon of same seeds.

Wow, I really enjoyed these tasty noodles Pat. Thank you to your friend and thank you for sharing. I love all the flavors in this dish and will be making it often. My apologizes my laptop has decided to die, it is holding my photos hostage. As soon as I am able to get it fixed I will post the photos. Made FYC Tag game.

My son loved these! They were a little sweet to me, so I'd reduce the honey just a bit, but he devoured them. Served with the recommended green onions, and added a small dash of crushed red peppers for a slightly "thai" flavor. Thanks for sharing! Made for FYC tag game.
