The ingredients are:
  • 6 ounces soba noodles (Asian noodles, soba, rice noodles or ramen without flavour packet)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (pure sesame oil)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoons gingerroot, grated
  • 3 sliced green onion (optional garnish)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds (optional garnish)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook and drain the noodles according to the package directions.

  • Step 2: In a medium bowl, add the sesame oil, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger and whisk until well combined and the peanut butter should completely break down to create a smooth sauce.

  • Step 3: Pour the sauce over the hot noodles and toss to coat.

  • Step 4: Option: top each serving with 1 sliced green onion and 1/2 teaspoon of same seeds.
