Step by Step Method

Put everything but garnish in stock pot

Simmer 3 hours adding water as needed

When beans are soft

Remove bay leaf

Take out pork chops and hock chop and debone

Step 7

Add back into soup

Step 8

Add garnish and stir

Season to taste

Simmer 10 minutes more until hot
