"Found this recipe in Taste of Home Quick Cooking. It is a simple, easy and light dinner. You could use any kind of white fish and I would think it would still be delicious. I used 3 small tilapia fillets. I also added some fresh garlic and some (about 1/4 cup) white wine in the pan."

Very good fish! I used tilapia but think this recipe would work well for any fish, adjusting the cooking time and maybe the seasoning. I didn't have any steak seasoning so used Old Bay instead (same amount as specified). I also used 1 pound of fish to serve 3 people with no changes. Thanks for sharing!
