  • 12 ounces tilapia fish fillets (two fillets, 6 ounces each)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning (or a little less if you don't like pepper)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme (I used a little less)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the fillets in a greased baking dish. Drizzle with the butter. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; sprinkle over the fillets.

  • Step 2: Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-6 minutes longer or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
