"Just another twist on scrambled eggs. This recipe was originally posted on another site by iewe as Swedish Scrambled eggs but I have made several changes to the recipe. I like to add any leftover cooked meat chopped up. These eggs go nicely with a mixed peppers scramble recipe#7558"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a mini chopper/mixer (or whisk by hand), Mix really well. Using my mini chopper I count to 40 to mix well
Step 2
Lightly spray a skillet, turn heat to medium, pour in eggs. Let them settle and start to cook then fold the eggs over several times until they are cooked to your liking
