  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 ounces garlic cream cheese, cut up into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add all the ingredients to a mini chopper/mixer (or whisk by hand), Mix really well. Using my mini chopper I count to 40 to mix well

  • Step 2: Lightly spray a skillet, turn heat to medium, pour in eggs. Let them settle and start to cook then fold the eggs over several times until they are cooked to your liking
