Tasty and unique way to make burgers, however, it has that oldie-but-goodie vibe. The bread came out so beautifully tender and I would not hesitate to make rolls using this recipe. I did however, process the dough a bit different by letting it rise overnight to have control as I can pull it out of the fridge when I’m ready to make and it also helps develop the flavor of the dough. I use this method all the time. The burger filling went so well with the breading. For the cheese wound up using Monterey Jack cause that’s what I had. We loved these, Dee! Thanks for sharing! Made it for FYC.
