"I originally found this on a now defunct site ,and have made it a few times. So I decided to post it here with the changes I've made to the recipe. The photo happens to be the one that was posted to the recipe. This recipe is posted by a request from Ellie. Please feel free to change up the heat level of sausage and cheese you use. Step by Step Method
Step 1
While oven is preheating to 350 degrees, with cooking spray lightly coat the bottom and sides of a cookie sheet.
Step 2
In a large bowl ,combine all ingredients with a spoon or your hands.
Step 3
Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and place into prepared cookie sheet.
Step 4
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
Step 5
Remove from pan immediately and serve with our favorite BBQ sauce.
